How Does Shopping Cart Technology Work? | Print |  E-mail
We allow users to shop online similar to the way they shop at a retail store.

Customers enter the store with an empty shopping cart.

As you find products that you are interested in purchasing, you click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

At any time during your shopping experience, you can review the contents of your shopping cart - changing quantities and deleting items as necessary. Just like you would do at a real store.

When you've finshed shopping, proceed to the "Checkout Area" to submit payment for your items. Here GST (if applicable)and shipping charges are summarised or calculated, and you are given a total.

The next step is to click on the Payment option, which will take to a secure "Pay By Paypal" page for payment. Simply choose a payment method, and then you'll be brought back to our store for an on-screen confirmation.

After payment and shipping information is completed, we also give you a email receipt to keep for your records. That receipt will also contain a link  to our store to alow you to check on the progress of your order at at any stage.

Once we've dispatched your order, we'll send you a confirmation by email to say that the goods are under way. They should reach you within the specified time. If you experience any delays, please contact us by replying to one of your confirmation emails.
